MAINSTREAM HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITLIST OPEN

• Program Info: Participants may receive vouchers to help their family cover the cost of a rental of their choice.*

• Application Process: Interested applicants can submit their applications during this open waitlist period.

• Eligibility: The program is available to low-income adults between the ages of 18-61 WITH a DISABILITY*

Twisp Gardens Apartments located in Twisp, WA has 17 one and two bedroom units nestled near the Methow River with beautiful views of the valley for those 55 years and older.

Pine Meadows

Pine Meadows Senior Housing located in Omak, WA is a “HUD 202 Project” with rental subsidy. The complex has 9 one bedroom units of affordable housing for those 62 years and older.

Caribou Trail

Caribou Trail Apartments are located in Okanogan, WA across from Virginia Granger Elementary school. There are 24 multifamily one, two and three bedroom units.

Iron Straw

Iron Straw Agricultural Housing consists of 6 two and three bedroom units of permanent housing for low-income agricultural worker families.

Pateros Gardens

Pateros Gardens Apartments are located in Pateros, WA across from the City Hall, City Park with great views of the Columbia River. There are 16 one and two bedroom units.

Vista Park

Vista Park Homes located on 4th Avenue near the school in Brewster, WA has 24 multifamily units ranging from 1-5 bedrooms.

Meadow Point

46 Affordable 1, 2, & 3 bedroom Multifamily units located in Omak, WA near North Omak Elementary School.
